Day of Coordinator
You have planned every moment of your wedding or event down to the final detail and just need someone to bring it all together so you can enjoy your day. If this is you, then our Day of Coordination service is for you!
The Day of Coordinator Service includes the following services:
Unlimited Text & Email Support for etiquette guidance and answers to your planning questions.
We will have your First Planning Meeting to review your wedding details, confirm you’re on track for key milestones, and establish a personalized wedding checklist.
You will have access to Jessica Morgan Events “Planning Tool Kit” - Resources to help you plan and stay organized throughout the process.
We will collect all of your vendor contracts, connect with all of your vendors and create a wedding timeline for your day.
We will schedule a Final Recap Meeting to go over all the final details of your wedding and collect any personal décor items.
We will coordinate a one-hour walkthrough rehearsal.
Lastly, you will have two wedding coordinators throughout the entire day of your wedding to manage all your vendors and details of your day to ensure you can effortlessly celebrate!
Partial Planning
You have a good idea of what you want your wedding day to be and have already started a little planning but could use some expert guidance along the way. You want to ensure no detail gets missed, want help keeping everything on track and want access to expert advice. If this sounds like you, then our Partial Planning service is the perfect fit for you!
The Partial Planning Services includes the following services:
Unlimited Text & Email Support for etiquette guidance and answers to your planning questions.
We will have your First Planning Meeting to review where you are in the planning process, discuss your budget, theming/mood board and your overall vision for your wedding day.
You will be given access to our “Planning Tool Kit” complete with my preferred vendor recommendations, a wedding day timeline template, wedding budget template and additional resources to support you in your planning.
You will provide us with your vendor contracts and copy us in on decisions made along the way
You will be granted three Client’s Choice Planning Meetings for us to meet with you and/or your vendors or venues as you wish
We will have a dedicated Planning Meeting to plan your wedding itinerary, seating chart and floor plan as well as a final venue walkthrough.
We will schedule a Final Recap Meeting to go over all the final details, collect any personal décor items.
We will connect with your vendors and will coordinate a one-hour walkthrough rehearsal.
From here, you get to sit back and relax! On your wedding day, you will have one wedding coordinator and one wedding assistant present throughout the entire day of your wedding to manage all your vendors and details of your day to ensure you can effortlessly celebrate!
Full service planning
You want a stress-free planning experience with a professional by your side from start to finish. From event design and vendor selection to timeline creation and wedding day management, our Full Service Planning covers every detail so you can effortlessly enjoy the planning process and your big day!
Following our consultation call and you decide we are a perfect match; we will set up your First Planning Meeting to discuss your budget and your overall vision for your wedding day. From here you can be involved as little or as much as you wish as we begin planning your perfect day. Every detail will be thoughtfully designed with your style and personality all reflected and of course, your approval along the way.
The Full Service Planning package includes the following services:
Unlimited access to communication to assist with any questions and advice.
We will help you select the perfect wedding venue(s).
We will create a mood board and theme based on your style and help you design everything from your venue layout, stationary, signage, florals and decor.
We will curate a list of talented vendors and manage all the communication and contract terms.
Establish a wedding budget based on your needs, manage your budget and track payments and due dates.
We will manage all of your RSVPs, seating assignments and guest information.

As we approach your wedding week, it is time for you to sit back and relax while we manage all the final details. We will coordinate a 1-hour walk through rehearsal and you will be provided with at least two event day assistants to be present throughout the entire day of your wedding to manage all your vendors and details of your day to ensure you can effortlessly celebrate!
